The prices fluctuate throughout the year depending on the school calendar, local festivals and events. We are happy to break weeks up in to three or more days. Obviously the weekends are in most demand but these prices here should give you an indication of our rates to help you make your decision.

| for a stay of 3 days at any time of year there is approximately a 20% discount off the 7 day price. |
- Housekeeping is a recommended add on cost. We can provide this at £60 day or £90 on the day of departure day.
- Dogs are welcome at Castleton but this can be a factor considered in the quote. It would only be a nominal amount to cover the additional cleaning required. Dogs bowls, blankets, baskets and towels are all provided.
- Fold out bed or travel cot for children up to 14years, these can be provided for an additional £20
- You are welcome to contract your own caterers but you will find our staff, from the Lands of Loyal, are already familiar with the property and have access to further supplies and rescources at last minute notice, again from our sister hotel the Lands of Loyal in Alyth. These prices would entirely depend on the menus and staffin requirements as arranged with the chef.
DISCOUNTS
- For any completely unused rooms we are happy to discount £25 per room per night
- 20% discount for Castleton guests when dining at Lands of Loyal Hotel.

DEPOSIT: 50% of the total accommodation price is required to secure your reservation. This we can take by BACS, Cheque or Credit/Debit Card at point of booking.
FULL PAYMENT: We require full payment of the accommodation charges 2 weeks prior to arrival. Additional to this will be £500 which will be refunded at the end of your stay providing there are no breakages or damages to pay for.
Housekeeping/Catering/Hospitality: Payment for these services along with any supplies or incidentals should be settled on departure
All rates are guarantteed at point of booking and are confirmed in writing, this is your personally agreed rate and any prices offered later will not apply.

will be the daily published rate after an additional
£10 has been added to cover service charges.
