£50 per person including canapes and champagne to start with
Valentines Weekend February 2010
Start your evening with fine canapés and a glass of champagne or Kir Royale
Veloute of asparagus with lemon oil

Duck liver and foie gras parfait with orange scented brioche
Charantais melon with watermelon and elderflower granita
Tian of hot smoked salmon with apple puree and crème fraiche

Fillet of Angus beef
with gratin potatoes, honey roasted root vegetables, shallot soubise and port reduction
Grilled fillet of halibut with creamy crab risotto, buttered spinach and coriander dressing
Warm potato and leek tart with creamed horseradish, watercress salad and plum tomato dressing

Warm chocolate fondant with honeycomb ice cream and ginger biscuit
Chilled champagne soufflé with poached strawberries and rose water syrup
Selection of Scottish cheeses with date relish, grapes and Arran oaties

We will be serving this menu on Friday 12th Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th February, please request it when making your reservation. It is essential over this weekend to make a reservation.
